Our History

We are a high school and college all in one! Stanly Early College High School (SECHS) is located on the campus of Stanly Community College in Albemarle, North Carolina. Stanly Early College opened its doors to 45 freshmen on August 9th, 2006, and adds approximately 50 freshmen each year. SEC accepts applications from 8th grade students who reside in Stanly County.

 High school diploma AND college Associates Degree in 5 years (there is a 4-year option to complete the program if student meets requirements)

Meals & Transportation

Free and reduced lunch options through Stanly County Schools. This information is available online. Click on the link above to access the online application and other information regarding Child Nutrition.
